Coach Email Template Pack
These templates are designed to help you communicate professionally with college coaches at every stage of the recruiting process.
- Keep it short and professional. Coaches are busy and receive hundreds of emails. Get to the point quickly while remaining respectful.
- Personalize every email. Never just copy and paste. Mention something specific about their program, recent wins, or coaching style to show you've done your research.
- Always include your key information. Your name, graduation year, position, school, and a link to your video should be easy to find.
- Don't attach files. Use links instead. Attachments often get filtered as spam.
- Follow up, but don't spam. Wait 7-10 days before sending a follow-up email.
