Yes. Contact me directly and we’ll schedule a video conference call to discuss the changes. You can upgrade to the Premier package only, and the amount you paid for the DIY package will be credited toward the Premier package.

Yes: Essential – 2 monthly payments of $650; Elite – 4 monthly payments of $500; Premier – 4 payments of $650 or 6 payments of $450. DIY is a one‑time payment of $599.

No. Travel is included in the price. For out‑of‑state athletes, we hire a trusted videographer to capture the footage—all covered by your package. The only package that doesn’t include professional filming is the DIY package (you film yourself).

If you cancel outside of 48 hours before the scheduled event, a $50 cancellation fee applies. There is no fee for cancellations due to weather or extraordinary circumstances (at my discretion).

DIY Premier Profile: 5‑7 business days after we receive all materials (videos, photos, completed intake form).
Essential/Elite/Premier Packages: 7‑14 business days after the final filming session.

After purchase, you’ll receive our DIY Filming Guide. You’ll need to film your athlete following the guide, upload the footage to YouTube as an unlisted playlist, and provide the playlist link along with your athlete’s information via the intake form. We’ll handle the editing and profile building.

Yes. We’ll set up the playlist together during the scheduled call that you sign up for after purchasing the DIY package. You’ll get step‑by‑step guidance to ensure everything is ready.

Once we receive all your materials and finish editing, we’ll build your profile and email you the link. It will be something like yourname.dreamhammermedia.com. The link stays active for 12–36 months depending on your package.

Yes! Your branded URL and dashboard can be renewed annually after the included period expires. The cost is $79/year. You can also prepay for three years at $199.

Yes! Profiles are living documents. Here’s how updates work:

• DIY clients: 2 free updates within the first 12 months. After that, additional updates are $75 each, or you can join the Annual Update Membership for $250/year (unlimited updates).
• Essential / Elite clients: Additional updates are $100 each.
• Premier clients: One mid‑season update is included. Additional updates are $100 each.
• Annual Update Membership: Available to any client for $250/year – includes unlimited updates and priority turnaround.

How to request an update: Fill out our Update Request Form with your new metrics, video links, or photos. Updates are typically completed within 5‑7 business days. Need it faster? Rush updates are available for an additional $50 (2‑3 business days).

Your videos are hosted on YouTube (unlisted) and linked from your branded profile. You are responsible for keeping your own copy after the videos have been delivered to you. We recommend downloading and backing up your files.

No, we cannot guarantee a scholarship. What we can guarantee is that coaches will see a professional, complete picture of your player. We guarantee your video will stand out from the 500 generic emails coaches receive daily. We guarantee you won’t be overlooked because of poor presentation. The rest depends on talent, academics, and fit—but you’ll be on an even playing field.

DIY Premier Profile: Full refund within 7 days of purchase only if we have not yet begun building your profile. Once editing starts, no refund is available.
Essential/Elite/Premier Packages: Non‑refundable deposit required to secure booking. Balance is due before delivery. No refunds after work has commenced.
Game Day Coverage: Non‑refundable if canceled within 7 days of the event. Weather cancellations are rescheduled or credited.
Photography: 50% refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. No refund for no‑shows.

We want you to be thrilled. We’ll work with you to make reasonable adjustments. If you’re still unsatisfied, the refund policy above applies (DIY: 7‑day window before work begins; full‑service: non‑refundable after work starts).

We may use final videos and photos in our portfolio, website, and social media to showcase our work. If you prefer to opt out, just email us at dreamhammerllc@gmail.com before your session begins. We will never imply endorsement without permission.
